A wealth of knowledge and operational experience

Over the last two decades, I have been privileged to work as a consultant on numerous assignments for a wide range of clients in over sixty countries.

This has enabled me to gain first-hand experience in all aspects of asset management, in most industries, regions and cultures. It also means I have a good understanding of what can go wrong – both in the field and in the boardroom.

I am now at a stage of my career where I want to pass on some of that knowledge and operational experience to others.

While I have a strong grasp of technical aspects, I have also built a reputation for producing original, creative, and imaginative solutions.

My approach is down to earth, objective and highly practical. I am known for being amiable, unassuming, discerning, empathetic, and persuasive where I need to be.

Always looking for a fresh angle, I will offer a different perspective when you and your team may be just too close to a project.

I can navigate sensitive situations and handle stakeholders carefully, having dealt with many complex and high-profile cases. I never shy away from delivering difficult messages but will do so with sensitivity and tact. Trust and confidentiality are at the heart of the way I work.

What motivates me more than anything is helping my clients succeed. I find there is nothing more rewarding than coaching, mentoring and equipping people to achieve their goals.
